All requests are on a first come basis, if your choices are not available then one will be assigned.  All campers are required to help with one meal; if you miss your assignment another one will be assigned.  The Campout Committee must approve any changes.

This year, we are offering a choice of Steak or Chicken. Please check which one you would like.

Confirmation:  We will make every effort to confirm your registration within 15 days of receipt of your form.
To save on postage all confirmations will be emailed to you, unless you indicate otherwise in the special needs section (box above). 
Full confirmation packages will be emailed to you in the later part of August. 
All rules, regulations and information will be included with your confirmation.

Cancellation:  If you find that you will not be able to attend the Campout, you must cancel your registration in writing.
Cancellations postmarked or emailed by August 31st, 2006 will receive a full refund less a $10 processing fee. 
Later cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.  
No shows will not receive a refund, but will get their Campout merchandise.

Camp Rules:
 1. Campers must conduct themselves in an appropriate manner, will respect the rights of the other persons at the campground, and will obey all campground rules.
2. My signature below authorizes any Park Ranger or Campout Committee member to remove myself from the campout for non-compliance of rules.  The Ranger or Committee member is also authorized to detain myself if intoxicated or unable to operate a motor vehicle.
3. Campers are required to comply with all State & Local laws..
4. Smoking material will be disposed of in a designated disposal area ( i.e. butt can or fire pit).
5. Campsites are to be kept clean; there are plenty of disposal areas. Please do not litter.
6. Firearms and fireworks are not permitted in the campsites.
7. Camp quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 07:00 am.
8. Pets must be under control at all times (Max 6-foot leash) and waste properly removed.

 

My name input below acts as my official signature and releases the Oregon Bears, the membership, and the State of Oregon Dept. Of Parks & Rec., from any liability of loss or injury either stated or implied during the course of events at the campout on Sept. 14th – 17th, 2006.  Any party involved in the preparation of undertaking of this event shall also be released from liability.  I also state that I have read the Camp Rules and agree to abide by them.
